<li>30mL lime juice</li>
<li>15mL white sugar syrup (1:1)</li>
<li>8 - 10 mint leaves</li>
<li>30mL premium bottled soda water</li>

- Alors qu'Ernest Hemingway écrivait Le vieil homme et la mer dans un coin du bar La Bodeguita à La Havane, un autre visionnaire créait le mojito de l'autre côté. Lyre's White Cane Spirit, de la menthe mélangée et des notes de canne à sucre, un vrai mojito doit être remué avec le bec d'un marlin géant et dégusté avec un Montecristo roulé par Barbe Noire lui-même.

- INGREDIENTS
- 75mL Lyre's White Cane Spirit
- 30 ml de jus de citron vert
- 15mL de sirop de sucre blanc (1:1)
- 8 - 10 feuilles de menthe
- 30mL d'eau gazeuse en bouteille de qualité supérieure

- MÉTHODE : Ajoutez tous les ingrédients dans un verre, remplissez de glaçons frais, remuez, ajoutez du soda et garnissez.
